How long does it take to receive my Alcock Jocks?
Alcock Jocks are delivered to you via Australia post. Generally Alcock Jocks will arrive within 2-3 working days Australia wide. For our valued International customers the delivery time is between 7-14days. we have a plan to get Alcock Jocks to you much faster! In the meantime we do appreciate your understanding. Cheers guys!
I have changed address and need to update my details.
Easy! Next time you place an order click on “checkout” and then click on “returning customer”. Enter in your username or email and your password.
I want to use my credit card to pay for my Alcock Jocks but I don’t have a paypal account.
Not a problem! You can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account. We just use the pay pal payment system (which costs us money) but will not cost you a cent. Simple!
